Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about goods ordered, if this is the case and the goods have already been dispatched, please send an email to sales@sheyna.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your goods and we will organise a refund or exchange, providing the goods are returned in their original packaging and unworn.

Earrings and personalised items can only be returned if faulty.

  We recommend getting proof of postage or using a tracked delivery service. We are not responsible for any items that get lost in the post.

.Payment will be refunded to the original payment method used. Original and return postage costs will not be refunded.

If the goods have not been dispatched please contact as soon as possible and we will cancel your order and refund in full.

In the case of a faulty item, please contact us with full details as soon as possible and we will advise how to return the item. We will arrange a refund or exchange on receipt and examination of the faulty item and we aim to do this as soon as possible to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.  We will pay for the return postage and for postage of the new item.

We are only responsible for manufacturing faults and not for any accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse. 

​

If we have to cancel your order then we will notify you by email and you will receive a full refund.
