We take reasonable care to enter product information and pricing as accurately as possible and this can be changed without notice. Sometimes mistakes can happen and we will rectify this as soon as possible. If you have placed an order based on incorrect information, we will contact you to discuss this.

Please note that images can be affected by your own individual monitor or screen and we cannot guarantee that the image you are presented with is accurate. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products you order from this site meet your own requirements. Please contact sales@sheyna.co.uk with any product queries.
Please do not place an order with us if you are not 18 years old or over or are not able to enter into a legally binding contract.

All orders are subject to acceptance. Receipt of a dispatch notification will be evidence that your order has been accepted and will be posted to the address given to us by you. We do not accept liability for incorrect address details given by customers at the time of ordering. Please contact sales@sheyna.co.uk as soon as possible if you need to amend any address details. Orders cannot be cancelled after items have been dispatched.

Please note that, due to very small parts, all jewellery is not suitable for very young children, particularly children under three years of age.

Due to it's uniqueness, handmade jewellery may differ very slightly to the image used, if more than one are made.

Sheyna is not responsible for damage to any items that are used for anything other than their intended purpose, or for any damage caused by cleaning in any way other than advised.
